R9 Llancaiach Fawr History Trip
On June 10th, R9 visited the Tudor House of Llancaiach Fawr. The pupils were able to take a tour of the house, led by a Tudor servant. The children visited each room of the house, learning about their purpose as they passed through. Aryan said he ‘enjoyed seeing how Tudor people lived’ and Kelsie added that ‘it’s just what we learnt about in school’. Whilst at the house the pupils took part in a Tudor army drill, and witnessed a barber surgeon at work. All pupils thoroughly enjoyed the day, and looked very authentic in their Tudor costume.
