R10 Trip to Cog Moors
On Wednesday 14th October, R10 visited Cog Moors where we learnt more about the water cycle. R10 carried out lots of fun activities; highlights included making rain and a challenge to see which group could produce the cleanest water through filtering.
After lunch the pupils learnt about what goes into waste water, we even got to make our own batch of waste water using household products.
We finished off our visit with a tour showing the different stages of sewage treatment, which ended with seeing the freshly cleaned water ready to head back out to sea.
Well done R10!
