Netball News

On Friday afternoon the R10/11 pupils competed in the Sport Cardiff East Netball Tournament. Harriet and Annabelle were chosen captain for the afternoon. Both teams played six matches against each other, St John Lloyd, Oakfield, Bro Eirwg A and B and Bryn Hafod. All players played extremely well. All girls played extremely well with some excellent interceptions and passing down the court. The girls won three games, lost two and drew one.

A massive well done to the girls with St John’s coming third in the tournament. Congratulations to Emily and Alma who were both nominated by their team as players’ player.
