Junior Enterprise Week
This year our budding entrepreneurs experienced a new style Enterprise Week.
R11 spent their first day learning about the benefit of working in teams, by making metre high spaghetti towers and listening to first-hand experience of running companies, from two of our parents. Mrs Crowley-Davies also taught them about the impact of creative logos and slogans.
For the rest of the week, they concentrated on production, marketing and advertising their products. Pupils took on roles such as project manager, accountant and quality controller. On Friday, they set up stalls and were inundated with sales from the Infant and Junior pupils.
The pupils enjoyed the week, especially using their sales techniques on Friday afternoon. They learnt some valuable skills about running a business and working together as a team. The winning team was ‘Funky Magic ’ – well done to Ananyaa, Kate, Daniel, Dylan, Joshua and Aryan.
