Swimming News

On Thursday afternoon, ten R10/11 pupils represented St John’s College in the Cardiff Games Swimming competition. The school were competing against a number of schools in Cardiff and ended the competition in third place. All pupils displayed excellent teamwork during the relays and offered excellent support to the swimmers when racing. Congratulations to all swimmers for picking up 2nd and 3rd place in each event.

Tennis News

On Wednesday 8 pupils from across the year groups represented the St John’s College Tennis Team against Bro Edern. The squad consisted of players from R12-R15 which formed an A and a B team. The A team won comfortably with notable performances from Kavin D (6-1), Suyash A (6-1) and Oskar G (6-4)

The B team also won with fantastic performances from Kasim A (6-1) and Joe M (6-2).

Well done to the whole squad on what was a fantastic afternoon of Tennis.
