  • Uniform Sale Fundraising Update

    Profits from the uniform sales over the last 18 months have been used to contribute £500 towards scooters and toy cars for the Infant Dept and £500 towards the Junior Department to replenish their library.   • R11 Trip to Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm

    R11 celebrated their last day in the Junior School with a visit to Noah’s Ark  Zoo Farm.  It is a hands-on zoo and working farm just outside Bristol set in over 100 acres of beautiful countryside. R11 enjoyed a packed day getting close to many zoo animals like elephants, giraffes and lions.  …

  • R10 trip to the International Centre for Birds of Prey, Newent

    What a wonderful trip! The R10 pupils enjoyed a fantastic day at the International Centre for Birds of Prey. We started the day with a guided tour of the centre and were introduced to the birds. Pupils had plenty of opportunities to ask questions about their favourite birds. We were then treated to fantastic displays by several magnificent birds, including kites, owls and falcons.…

    Activity day this year saw all the Juniors off timetable and using their creative talents with a fun filled day. Firstly they worked in teams to create Lego cities, buildings and aircraft.     On Thursday 6 July, our Cathedral Choristers and music students enjoyed a trip to Cambridge in glorious sunshine. Our Cathedral Choir had the privilege of singing Evensong at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge.  It was an honour for our choristers to be guests at the annual Evensong sung by the combined forces of King’s and St John’s (Cambridge) in the world famous chapel of King’s College Chapel.…

  • R14 Shakespearean Workshop

    On Wednesday, 5th July, our R14 pupils were treated to an exciting morning of Drama with an experienced actor, Simon Riordan. Pupils performed either ‘Romeo and Juliet’ or ‘Henry V’ to follow on from their Literature studies of the plays this term. Pupils participated in some fun Drama warm-up exercises, which was promptly followed by some close language study of the Bard.…
