Teacher of History (Maternity Cover)

Contract type: Part-Time (0.6) Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week.
Contract term: Fixed Term, Maternity Cover for 6 months initially; possibility to be extended.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and in line with market rate (Teachers Pay scale).
St John's College is a leading independent school for girls and boys aged 3 to 18. With 550 pupils on its roll, St John’s is the Choir School to Cardiff Metropolitan Cathedral and seeks to appoint an experienced History Specialist to join History Department, to teach across the ability range and up to and including KS4.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the capacity to inspire and develop pupils and will have demonstrable experience in delivering strong results. Familiarity with the WJEC specification is essential.
