St John's College, leading independent school for girls and boys aged 3 to 18, is the Choir School to Cardiff Metropolitan Cathedral and seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Economics to support the team in upholding outstanding standards of teaching and learning.

Economics is a popular choice for our A-Level students and it is the aim of all staff with the department to get pupils to reach the highest possible standard that they can achieve, ensuring that they are well prepared for both internal and external examinations, higher education and the world of work.

The successful candidate will be an expert in the field of Economics and will be competent to teach Key Stage 5.

Noted for its academic success, our English Department currently comprises of 5 teaching staff. It is the aim of all staff with the department to get pupils to reach the highest possible standard that they can achieve, ensuring that they are well prepared for both internal and external examinations, higher education and the world of work.

The successful candidate will be an expert in the field of English (up to and including Key Stage 4) and will be competent to teach all sciences at Key Stage 3 level.
