Role of Finance Manager at St John’s College Cardiff
St John’s College is a leading Catholic Independent co-educational School in Cardiff for boys and girls age 3 to 18. Our aim is to create the best possible education for our girls and boys as they become young women and young men, embracing all that life has to offer with passion, commitment, competence and integrity. We further aim to inspire excellence and instil values in every aspect of College life so that all our pupils become well-rounded and capable individuals.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Finance Manager to assist the Bursar and the Head in the financial management of the College. You will have excellent communications skills with the ability to deliver financial information both verbally and written to non-financial management, strong inter-personal skills and a strong personality. Intermediate to advance Excel skills are essential. You will need to have proven experience in financial reporting and the preparation of management accounts, forecasts and statutory accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified accountant (CCAB/CIMA) although full AAT with relevant experience will be considered.
