The Sixth Form Enrichment Programme has continued this term, encouraging students to step outside their comfort zones, develop new skills, and build resilience. This half term, the Lower Sixth girls took part in a unique Fire & Ice session at Mountain Yoga. The experience combined cold water therapy, hot room mobility work, and guided breathing techniques inspired by the Wim Hof method. Throughout the session, students alternated between a 40-degree hot tent and cold water plunge pools, learning how controlled breathing and mindfulness can help manage stress and anxiety. The girls embraced the challenge brilliantly, gaining confidence, resilience, and valuable wellbeing techniques that will be especially useful during the exam period.
